In depth third party, institutional-grade analysis on trending market information to maximize rent opportunity. We can provide conservative, recommended, and optimistic rent rates for individualized properties for property owners to make the best decisions for their needs.

Amos PM will set up, manage and find new tenants via all major rental sites (i.e. Apartments.com, Zillow, HotPads, Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace).

Amos PM will take professional photos of the space, assist with hiring a furniture staging company, and can even offer 3D virtual walkthroughs.

Amos PM will do all of the showings of the property. Past experience says that it takes 30 days to find a tenant in most areas of DC.

Run background checks on tenants. The background check on tenants will determine any credit or criminal activities. Amos PM will share the background check with you the owner to determine if the owner is comfortable moving forward with the tenant.

Amos PM will handle and negotiate setting up a lease agreement. Amos PM's lease agreements in hand that are compliant with rules and regulations. Amos PM will work with the owner if there are specifics owners would like to include in their lease agreements.

Amos PM will handle rent collection. In the unlikely event there are issues with a tenant, Amos PM will talk with the landlord on options on how to best remedy the problem.

Amos PM has access to construction professionals that can handle anything from changing light bulbs to larger repairs. Amos PM will handle fielding all calls and managing requests from the tenant. Most Landlords opt to do a professional cleaning before having new tenants move in. Amos PM will set up cleaners and make sure everything is up to snuff.

Our Rates
Amos PM charges a monthly percentage of the rent collected for our property management services. Our rates are tailored to the specific needs of each unit, ensuring flexibility and fairness.
Unlike many competitors who charge a large upfront fee—often the full first month’s rent—for tenant placement and exclude maintenance services, we take a different approach. Our fees are distributed over the term of the lease, helping to ease your cash flow.
Additionally, Amos PM only begins collecting fees after the tenant's security deposit and first month’s rent have been received, ensuring that we’re aligned with your success from the start.
